## Dedicated relay

Included from **Tier D** (100+ seats) and above. Orgs on Tier A–C share PhantomKey relay infrastructure (Standard SLA). Tier D–F receive a dedicated relay instance (Premium SLA) — isolated traffic, higher throughput, and priority incident response. Provisioned automatically when your org crosses 100 seats.

## Billing FAQ

### Are there hidden fees? No. You pay for seats. Everything in the included list is in every tier. Add-on modules are the only optional extras.

### What counts as a seat? Every active user counts as one seat. Service accounts (CI/CD, automation) count too. Suspended and offboarded users do not.

### What if we go over our seat limit? Add seats at any time — your subscription updates via Stripe. The Admin Dashboard billing panel shows current usage.

### Can we upgrade tiers? Yes. Upgrading applies immediately. Existing data, credentials, and audit chain are fully preserved.

### What if we stop paying? Your org enters a grace period, then credential access is blocked. Data is retained 30 days after termination, then deleted per the DPA.

### Free trial or pilot? Contact us for a pilot or Design Partner pricing for early customers who commit to structured feedback.

All prices in USD. Existing subscribers are not affected by price changes during their subscription term.
